4:30 - 5:15pm (7-8 year olds)
5:15 - 6:00pm (9-12 year olds)
6:00 - 6:45pm (13-18 year olds)

MORNING PRACTICES (Begin Tuesday, May 26th)
7:30 - 8:30am (13+ year olds plus kids with sailing camp conflict)
8:30 - 9:30am (11-12 year olds)
9:30 - 10:15am (9-10 year olds)
10:15 - 11:00am (7-8 year olds)
11:00 - 11:30am (All 6&U and PUPs)

For swimmers (not pups) in school past Memorial Day, please contact the Head Coach, Talya Nicholson, if you are interested in evening practices May 26-29.

**NO practice on Memorial Day (5/25) or July 4th**
**Practices after the last regular season meet (June 27th) are for Prelims/Finals participants only. We encourage ALL swimmers to compete in prelims and challenge themselves to qualify for finals!*

Practice is the most important thing swimmers can do to improve their times and technique.  The Sharks practice every weekday, Monday-Friday at the times above.  Swimmers are encouraged to attend all practices, but it is not a huge deal to miss practices.  Please be consistent in your attendance, and let the Coaches know if you will be missing practice for an extended period of time.  

Parents are welcome to stay and watch practice from the tables outside the pool area or from the grass, but are not allowed on the pool deck during practice.  

Private lessons are available with the Coaches outside of practice times.  Please set this up with the Coaches directly.

Here are some guidelines Sharks coaches will use when determining whether or not to cancel practice:

• If there is thunder and/or lightning in the area, practice will be canceled.
• Practice may be canceled if the air temperature is below 55 degrees.

The Sharks use Swimtopia App to send alerts. Please download the App and enable notifications.

There is no parking (golf carts included) in the cul de sac. There will be 2 ADA handicap spots available but the remainder of the cul de sac must remain open for emergency response use at all times. FOR MEETS ONLY: Golf carts may pass through the cul de sac to access the golf cart parking area behind the volleyball pit.
